What GrantFlow AI does
GrantFlow AI helps nonprofit staff draft grant proposals using AI, based on the information you provide about your organization and the grant you're applying for. Drafts are a starting point for your own writing and review — GrantFlow AI does not submit anything to funders on your behalf, and does not guarantee funding outcomes.
Your responsibility for draft accuracy
The draft is only as accurate as the information you enter. Review every draft in full — including all facts, figures, and claims — before submitting it to a funder. GrantFlow AI is a writing aid, not a substitute for your own judgment or a professional grant writer's review.
Account use
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Draft generation is limited to 10 drafts per hour per account, to keep usage predictable.
- Accounts may not be shared across unrelated organizations.
Subscriptions and billing
GrantFlow AI plans are designed for monthly billing: Starter is $197 per month and includes 2 drafts, Growth is $447 per month and includes 5 drafts, and Pro is $847 per month with unlimited drafts. See the pricing pagefor the current plan summary.
Billing is not active yet. Nothing above constitutes an active billing agreement until subscriptions launch and you explicitly complete checkout.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, while GrantFlow AI is in active development.
