Reusable paragraphs
Save the paragraphs you paste into every application.

What it's for
Most applications ask the same questions: your history, your mission, who you serve, how you measure results. Write each answer once here, then reuse it.
Add a paragraph
- Open Content library in the left menu.
- Click New paragraph, or pick one from Paragraphs most funders ask for to start with a ready-made heading.
- Give it a name, write the text and click Add paragraph.
The "AI can use" switch
When the switch is on, new drafts may pull that paragraph in. Turn it off for anything outdated or private. It stays saved; drafts just won't use it.
