What GrantFlow does

GrantFlow helps you find grants, write proposals faster and keep track of every deadline. You tell it about your organization once, and every new draft reuses that information so you're not retyping your mission for the hundredth time.

The pages in the left menu

  1. New draft: fill in the details of one grant and create a proposal.
  2. Find grants: search open federal grants and look up private foundations.
  3. Drafts: every proposal you've made, sorted into Open, Submitted and Awarded.
  4. Organization: your organization's facts, programs and documents.
  5. Content library: ready-to-use paragraphs (your history, your mission, and so on) that drafts can reuse.
  6. Deadlines: a calendar of every due date, with anything urgent at the top.

The numbers in the menu

The number next to Drafts is how many drafts you have. The number next to Content library is how many paragraphs are saved. A red number next to Deadlines means that many drafts are overdue or due within 7 days.
