What to upload
Most funders ask for three files: your IRS determination letter, your latest annual report and your operating budget. Upload one of each (PDF, Word or an image, up to 15 MB) under Organization → Documents.
Who can see them
Only you. Files are stored privately, and download links expire after a minute.
Tip: Drafts don't read these files yet. Once AI is switched on, GrantFlow will pull facts from them into your profile for you.
